In order to quality for residency, income restrictions must be met. Guidelines are based on 60% AMI and are detailed below. 2 times month rent is gross income... minimum requirement.

Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis once units are available.

Approval is contingent on rental history and credit and criminal screening in addition to income qualifications.

Approval process takes roughly 2 months for all verifications.
