I love living at Galería Palms, very peaceful and quiet! Love the green grass scenery and the trees. It makes me feel like I’m not in Arizona.

Horrible community to live in. We wish we never moved in. Rent is crazy high so they can play in your face 24/7. Everything is broken and dirty. Maintenance will make you feel unsafe. Electronic locks so you can never actually have a way to keep staff out. Which adds to the fear of someone walking in whenever they feel like it. Our storage key is still nowhere to be found since staff doesn’t know the correct key for it. But they steady put out messages about fines. Sick community.

AC has leaked the for at least 9/10 days I’ve been in this apartment
. 5 maintenance requests I frankly do not think anyone cares about it actually getting resolved, must be a sign of other units having bigger issues than a leaking AC.
