Yugo Auburn North Apartments

They have lied to hundreds of people moving in about the state of their apartments, and they have not made any effort to compensate people for the days that they are FORCED to sleep elsewhere. The apartments are disgusting, management is slow to do anything, and there is absolutely no communication between management and tenants. My apartment flooded in the laundry room they haven’t replaced molded ceiling. Maintenance is bad.

My unit's dryer has been broken for two months. The management staff is rude and entirely unhelpful. Maintenance told me they were waiting on a new part for our dryer, then proceeded to fix the machine with a used part. When the used part stopped working, they said they were going to put in a new part the next day. It has been two days and no one has come fix it. When I called management to ask when maintenance would come, I was met with a rude manager who stated they would "be in tomorrow".... No email response (been waiting 2 weeks), only answering machines, no one at the property office to talk to. What horrible customer service

We rented an apartment here for my Son. Worst place ever! Do not waste your money or time. The on-site management was very difficult to deal with and could care less.
