    nice neighborhood

    I am a current resident. The neighborhood is very diverse and accepting which I love. The people in the office are very kind and the staff does an excellent job at keep the property clean.
    Ive been here for about 2 years now and I give this townhouse 3 stars because of my own personal unit. It just has been falling apart literally. Water from the bathroom that hits the floor is seeping through the walls from upstairs and causing mold. The water on the floor has also caused the wood to rot on    … the ceiling. The staff are very responsive though
