Grandview Pointe at Millbrook Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for a little over three years and have had a wonderful experience until recently. I have had multiple problems with my neighbors and them playing loud music late into the night and have had to call the police multiple times. The walls and floors are so thin here that I can hear my neighbors arguing at 1:00 AM!
It has gotten so bad that I have to go somewhere else to sleep for the night so that I can get up for work in the morning. The office does absolutely... nothing to remediate these problems and has said for multiple months that they would hire a courtesy officer, but they have not yet.
In my opinion, these apartments are mismanaged and not fit to live in. I would look into other options in the Prattville and Millbrook area until they either hire a courtesy officer or start taking complaints seriously.

I enjoy the cleanliness of complex area, the excellent customer services I receive no matter when I call or stop by the office. The staff go above and beyond to make sure whatever concerns I have gets addressed as efficiently and quickly as possible. The staff makes you feel like you are apart of a family. I also enjoy the spacious apartment and the quietness. I highly recommend Grandview as a place to live.

Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Very quiet, fairly new, nice staff, overall great experience we plan on renewing our lease. Love the area it's in.

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and The Crossings is by far my FAVORITE! From the tall ceilings to the huge closets, it's almost like you're not in an apartment at all! The screened in porch offers a nice and cozy place to relax and enjoy fresh air while still being protected from the elements. The office staff is helpful and prompt.
