horrible communication

I scheduled a tour with intentions to rent soon but no one showed up for the tour. I was even sent a confirmation text confirming my appointment, yet no one showed up. Shelby the representative was kind, yet no help. It took many calls even get someone to answer the phone. How do you all expect anyone to want to rent an apartment if someone barely answers the phone, and no shows tour appointments? I am extremely disappointed and the customer service needs to be better. 0/10

Bad communication

This property is beautiful but the communication is lacking tremendously. I was set to move in on June 21st. Upon arriving to the property at 12pm the door was locked and there was no one responding to the phone or text. Never received my keys or an update after signing the lease via email. It’s very frustrating for new tenants moving in.
