horrible communication
I scheduled a tour with intentions to rent soon but no one showed up for the tour. I was even sent a confirmation text confirming my appointment, yet no one showed up. Shelby the representative was kind, yet no help. It took many calls even get someone to answer the phone. How do you all expect anyone to want to rent an apartment if someone barely answers the phone, and no shows tour appointments? I am extremely disappointed and the customer service needs to be better. 0/10
