DONT RENT HERE
Do not rent here if you want to share a water heater with everyone and management does not answer their emails phones or anything like that It also takes one of your friends or family members to actually walk in and give them your notice as they do not like to stay open past five even if you get there before five they are closed at like 445, 430 they also make it very difficult for an ESA to be within the building. Even if you have a signed letter from a licensed doctor. This place is absolutely... trash and I will never live here again I am a current resident have been for a year now and I will never recommend anybody to live here. I absolutely had a horrible experience here with maintenance management and everything else. I even had to show up in person as they gave me a seven day notice even though they knew that I had a check coming from my work in the mail because it was a bonus, and that my job had actually called them, and physically told them that it was being mailed out and they still tried to give me a eviction notice early And a seven day notice yet I already was trying to contact them email them for the past two weeks and they have never bothered to read their emails or reach back out to me so if you want to live here good luck

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our office hours are until 5:00 pm daily, and we're committed to addressing all inquiries promptly during business hours. Regarding ESAs, we follow legal guidelines to ensure compliance. Sharing a water... heater is in line with city code regulations and is common in multi-unit buildings. Notices are issued according to fair housing policies, and we strive to communicate openly with our residents. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to reach out directly with any concerns.
