My family has been here for 2 years. Between the painted over cigarette stains on the walls, loud neighbors, gunshots and my car being broken into and someone attempting to steal it this place is a nightmare. Even the front office has been broken into and all rent checks stolen. Looks nice on the outside but you see people hopping the walls, side pedestrian gate is left open for whoever wants to come in. Do NOT rent here.

Run!
The worst roach infestation I have ever seen. Too much marijuana use 24 hours days 7 days a week. People going through the trash. A sign posts that it has security, I haven't seen security patrol at any time. Trash throughout the property on a daily basis.

Fairly clean, could use fresh carpet. Ac is great But if you like good tv there is no signal im some spots
