Smells like cigarette smoke

Living in Brentwood Apartments was a terrible experience with constant cigarette smoke from my neighbors' apartments, despite the non-smoking policy. Breaking my lease led to exorbitant cleaning fees, losing my deposit, and paying half the remaining lease. Avoid Brentwood Apartments. There are better options in Conway.

Disgusting Management

Quick to charge tenants for everything but the buildings, stairs, and common areas are filthy. Whenever you ask about it, they say “soon”. Disgusting people when you ask them to do anything.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived in Conway . And I do mean the worst. Maintenance does not fix anything the office never return phone calls . Only time you can reach someone is when they are sending out emails about rent . You can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartments. Save your money and your time . The apartments look decent but it is not worth it . I wouldn’t recommend these apartments or any under this management.

Ask about the extra bills you will be paying

I was not told I would be charged for water sewer and trash separate from my rent after I already moved in which my water bill is more then my electric bill also it's a gated community but Gates do not work I paid in full for my whole lease or I would move but the office inform me if I move it will cost me more money this is not far and I will move at end of lease

Excellent young adult living close to campus

This complex is wonderful. Gated entrance, close to the university campus (but not too close). Hidden from the main road but easy access. Quiet area and good neighbors
