I have been here less than 3 months, I was told my apartment had been cleaned prior to my moving in... I vacuumed 5 pounds of dirt out of the carpet. I know that because I weighed it. There wash trash down the drain in my bathroom sink, I called to have that issue resolved as it was there prior to my moving in. While in my apartment the maintenance crew was smoking, burned the floor next to my toilet, put the cigarette out on the wall outside of my apartment door. I recently requested service... for my A/C unit they came out and took care of the issue; however everything they took out of my pantry they just left for me to pick up when I returned home. That is the poorest service I have ever encountered. I also had an issue with my bedroom window... the lock was broken, I called the office as that is a safety issue and I was told they would send someone right over. A week later I had to call back regarding the window, and finally someone came to look at it. they put a temporary lock on it and fixed it a week or so later. The neighbors 60 percent of them are are addicts the smoking habits of these tenants fill my apartment with pot smoke and my clothes stink, my apartment stinks. I am expected to live this way. There was constant banging on the neighbors door at all hours of the night. I finally had to start engaging them myself in order to get enough rest to do my job. I was told that they cannot do anything about the pot smoke because they do not know which ones have a card and which ones don't... THAT IS SIMPLE MAKE THEM PRODUCE IT WHEN THEY SIGN THE LEASE AND PUT THEM IN A BUILDING TOGETHER SO THE REST OF US DONT HAVE TO SUFFER. The smell makes me sick I mean migrain sick! They have roaches and it is a very unlivable environment. The employees started off nice, but they are very rude. I paid my deposit and rent and we moved in a week later and noticed roaches everywhere. My husband and I will be contacting the health department and a legal team.

The employees here get paid to do nothing and sting you along. All of them are rude and don’t communicate at all. I was approved on April 19th. My new job in this state starting on June 5th. It is now a little over a week till I need to move and they couldn’t confirm a move in date still. They will not call you ever, you have to call them. They gave me no forewarning about how it wouldn’t work out for June first. Now I’m scrambling to find an apartment within a week of when I’ll move. I will now... be homeless in a hotel until I find a place most likely. Don’t waste your time and your 125 dollars you will need to spend before you even move in. The current company took over the prior one near the beginning of February. The only notice given that you needed to update your account/payment options was a single sheet of paper placed on your door that didn't even have the address to visit listed on it. Going into the office for clarification on required actions was futile, the lady in there was rude and unprofessional, I received zero helpful information.

Oh, and get this. If your auto-pay gets messed up in some way or you forget to drop... off the check, they don't give you a late rent notice. They wait until Friday at noon to call and tell you that you'll be evicted the following Monday if rent isn't paid that day. Read More
