Aventerra at Dobson Ranch Apartments

I would give negative stars if I could. Night 1 in the apartment I was greeted by roaches. I have a two page maintenance list because nothing ever works in this complex. One of the laundry sites has been down since I moved in 12/26/2024. My water heater exploded in the middle of the night flooding my neighbors unit. My car has been broken into. My a/c needed fixing and it took 2 months. Worst experience ever and I’m looking to move out IMMEDIATELY

Move in was great! The girls in the office had everything ready to go for me! My mom was helping me move and beat me here so she just hung out in the office with the girls till I got there! It was cool! You can tell these places were built in the late sixties or seventies or something but inside my apartment is now Home! It is very nice with new appliances and actually seems bigger than it looks! The Refrigerator coil went out in the first few days and I got a hold of maintenance and the fridge... was replaced with in the hour! The place is very nice, clean and quiet! All I could ask for! It is a somewhat dated property, but I can still call it home. I truly appreciate the amenities provided by the property. The staff in the office truly go above and beyond to make sure that any (and all) issues are resolved promptly. The move-in process was an absolute breeze! The maintenance staff are incredible. The property is welcoming, relaxed, and very well maintained. The units range in a variety of sizes and layouts, so there’s something perfect for everyone.

Slightly dated apartment homes. Patios definitely need much love however moving process was painless. The staff has been nothing but friendly and maintenance seems to be on top of any requests that I’ve had.

The plus is the location very close to surrounding schools, neighborhood is safe and clean area. The negatives is the turn around time of maintenance requests, honestly front staff seems to have gotten use to giving residents excuses to why things are not fixed in a timely manner. To improve they could be more specific on time frames which they avoid telling residents time frames, which is unacceptable to me because if you pay your rent on time they are receiving money so these things get done.... Also the inside cabinets needs updating, they basically painted over warped cabinets and over dirty doors no cared in ensuring new residents are moving into a fully done apartment home especially if your paying for an upgraded unit.
