Mi experiencia en Montelano Apartments ha sido muy decepcionante. Estoy pagando por un apartamento de 2 recámaras, pero la solución que me han ofrecido es mudarme a un apartamento de solo 1 recámara, lo cual no corresponde con lo que estoy pagando. Por problemas en el apartment donde rente

price is cheap but should be cheaper considering

I have been living here for going on 3 years now and the only reason I have not moved out is because I am a student on limited income and my basic needs are met in a home. However, the water is shut off every other day sometimes more for hours at a time. Also, I’d like to mention I am a very tidy person with a strict cleaning regimen. Despite that, I find roaches in my house every day. I’ve had pest control in here multiple times but it hasn’t helped. At this point, it’s worth going thru the… inconvenience of moving in the middle of the school year just to get reprieve from the constant subpar living conditions.

Not recommended

I love how the inside of the apartments look but the management is absolutely terrible I’ve been having problems with some of the appliances, putting in multiple work orders, and when I go to the office to raise concerns they get very hostile and try to throw you off saying to come back or try again later. Very hostile environment. Would not recommend.

Horrible place to live

Just moved out Thursday and this place and Phil is beyond horrible. Please look somewhere else. Office staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Any issues brought to Phil and he will make it seem you are the cause. Office staff Luna is just as horrible very unpleasant and doesn't care for the residents needs. Work orders never got done but will be marked as completed, one of my work orders took over a year to complete. Area is run down by homeless that will steal packages from door and… stuff from your patio. Parking is non existence here and if you park anywhere in front of the office your vehicle will be towed, happened 2 times in my 15 month lease, and I'm a resident!! The water is shut off 5 days out of the 7 day week but your bill will be the same!! Again Phil is HORRIBLE please don't waste your time or energy on a slum lord place!
