I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Grove at Deer Valley! Since moving in this February, it has been an absolute dream. I’ve had a few maintenance issues, and every single time, the team has handled them not only timely but thoroughly. They even proactively fixed things I hadn’t noticed! The pool is always immaculate—a beautiful space not just to swim, but if you work from home, the gazebo by the pool is phenomenal—peaceful, Wi-Fi ready, and perfect for those early Phoenix mornings.... The apartments are not only priced affordably, but the upgrades are stunning—designed for comfort and a stress-free lifestyle. And on top of all this, The Grove is incredibly pet-friendly! The walking paths are perfect for daily dog walks, and the area itself feels so safe for pets. You can even take a short walk to the Safeway shopping center, just a two-minute drive—so convenient! When I was trying to escape a terrible lease, Milly gave me hope—never once frustrated, always calm, and so efficient. In just 48 hours, I had a new home—and now, I live life here full of love and zero stress. If you’re looking for a vibrant, pet-friendly community that truly cares—this is it.
