I’ve been living here for 7 months and I have no complaints about anything. My maintenance requests are usually completed the next business day, the staff are friendly and considerate. My neighbors are cool as well. No complaints on my end.

this place is not bad, it’s very nice to have utilities included but it’s very expensive for not having washer/dryer in units and is not the cleanest. i have had to kill some roaches and bugs and i only just moved in a month ago. there was also a kind of gnarly smell that was lingering and had took me at least a full week to get more under control.
