Apartment in rough shape The positive is that the leasing office ladies are amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable! The model home was very nice but upon moving into our unit we discovered it in really rough shape. We’ve put in 5-6 work orders already. The cabinets are in such bad shape that we had to get something to cover them. The strong smell of cigarettes is terrible .
Again, on the positive side, maintenance has addressed the issues quickly and are friendly and respectful.
