Waters Edge Apartments

So the fact that there is only 3 reviews on here and they all mention the new office manager is a little sus. I will say its a quiet community and they do keep the keep it pretty clean and the staff is friendly. It's an older place so you have to understand there will be things that need to be fixed, however its a pain to get them to do it. We've been here a little over 6 months and since the start there's been issue after issue. The AC or "chiller" as they call it is trash it doesnt work you... will need fans and additional Ac units. They also shut it off in the cooler months...which they dont tell you when you are signing your lease, as well as dont turn the Ac back on until it gets a certain temp outside. I have been at this property going on 4 years now since they have brought Shawn onto the property. The work needed in my apartment has been addressed and completed. The upkeep on the property grounds have improved along with the gates are now secured with gate codes. Plus it’s a quiet community.

I’ve had a great experience with the team here. Everyone is professional, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about providing excellent service and keeping things running smoothly. Shawn, the property manager, does an outstanding job and is always helpful, approachable, and attentive. Her leadership really contributes to the positive atmosphere and overall experience at the property.

I have been here going on my 4th yr, now under the new manager Shawn our little community has become a more welcoming and peacefull enviormeant.
