ISP-Report-Card-ForRent.com-Homes.com_In the first quarter of 2012, the average home Internet speed for users in the United States was 6.6 Megabits per second (Mbps)[1].
We pulled information from Charlotte, Las Vegas, and New York City to see how each city compared.
Charlotte, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Nevada, and New York, New York all came in on top, with the common internet speed ranked at 10 Mbps, which compared to the national average, was higher.
And for newbies renting in an unfamiliar area, we’ve pulled the internet service providers in several cities across the country and compared their abilities. Now you have the knowledge to pick and choose the provider that fits your needs!
