Option 1: Chicken Teriyaki
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Chicken
- Frozen Vegetables
- Rice
In a sauté pan, combine the teriyaki sauce and chopped raw chicken, and then cook it for about 5 minutes on medium high heat. Add in some frozen stir fry vegetables, cook until its tender and the chicken has reached 165 degrees internally and serve with rice.
Option 2: Casserole Bake
Utilize leftovers from chicken fajitas, mixing it with rice and cheese and baking it in the oven. Or use leftover chopped chicken from Option 1, broccoli and cheddar cheese. Mix your favorite ingredients and bake it for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Option 3: Flatbread
Using flatbread is another versatile, multi-tasking meal. You can bake it with leftovers from Options 1 and 2, or create new meals such as BBQ chicken pizza or pepperoni pizza. Use your favorite ingredients and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees until everything is golden brown.
