Commuting

The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Pro: No wasting time stuck in traffic or cramped subways while commuting to an office. The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Con: While commuting is never fun, it does create a physical separation between the stress of home and work.

Interaction

The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Pro: Avoid small talk with coworkers you might not necessarily want to befriend, and stay out of office gossip and politics.
