Yvonne Van Huynh is a graphic designer, photographer and blogger. She is the writer of the blog simplyvonne and is sharing some of her DIY projects with us today!
This first DIY is a simple jewelry stand made by Yvonne, and it’s cheap to do! Only $2.00 are needed for this beautiful project.
All you need are a plate, a candlestick, and some krazy glue.
1. Krazy glue the top of the candle stick to the bottom the plate.
2. Lay it upside down to dry overnight.
3. Flip it over the next day, and you have a brand new jewelry stand.
Yvonne recreated a tray to make another cute source of storage, and again it’s cheap! The tray was only $2.50.
Depending on your color scheme you may want to repaint the tray to your taste.
Find some decorative paper that you like to compliment your color and add that to the bottom of the tray for a stylish storage unit.
Spruce up your boring bookshelves with some wallpaper!
Yvonne made these shelves her own with a wallpaper that fits her style. Find one that works for you and create a brand new look in seconds.
