Do you have an old Scrabble board that you don’t use anymore because you’ve downloaded Words With Friends onto your iPhone, iPad, Facebook, Droid, and every other electronic you own? Don’t throw it out just yet. The letters can be reused for a cute coaster that will have all your guests envious.
All you need to make this happen are a few components:
1. Scrabble letters
2. Glue (super or hot)
3. Cork
4. Clear spray paint or modge podge
Make as many coasters as your Scrabble board will let you and enjoy a cold beverage on one!
Make as gifts or for your own apartment.
You can do a scramble letter that is all randomized, OR
create words depending on your personality!
This is a beachy example with “sand, surf, swim, wave” composed on it.
