For those of you always on the go who want to stay fit, we may have something for you.
Not only is is fast and can be fun, but it will work with your small spaced living in your apartment! Not much room is needed and you don’t need a gym membership, just some motivation.
Do this:
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Lunges
20 Pushups
3-5 times a day and lose that weight!
Or you can do this for a somewhat longer workout:
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 High Knees
7 Burpees
10 Crunches
7 Squats
5 Pushups
10 Crunches
5 Pushups
7 Squats
30 Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Wall Sit
5 Pushups
25 High Knees
And repeat 3-5 times for the best results.
Remember, you CAN do it! So get started!
