This summer’s heat has been a scorching one. Most of us have reverted to the sanctuary of the air conditioned indoors for a reprieve from the sun’s rays. However, don’t you miss sitting outside with your glass of white wine reading a good book?
Chances are if you do this, your wine will be boiling in no time at all. It will only take a few seconds to melt ice cubes in the summer blaze, leaving your wine less than satisfactory. So how to keep your wine chilled?
Freeze some grapes and toss them into your glass before pouring your wine in. They will keep your drink cold, add a little decorative flair, and won’t ruin your wine! Plus you can eat them once you finish your glass (a little motivation maybe?)
