One of my absolute favorite treats to make is this amazing Oreo Chocolate Lava Cake. Yes, it’s made right inside your crock-pot! This means you literally pour it in and come back a couple hours later. This is perfect if you’re entertaining a large crowd or don’t have a full kitchen in your apartment. No worries, a crock-pot is all you need for this tasty dessert.
I love molten lava cakes, and this dessert reminds me of the ooey gooey cake texture. It has a twist, though: Oreos are baked right inside this lava cake! They give it a rich chocolate flavor in every bite. Now, you can switch things up by swapping out the Oreos for your favorite candy bar too. The possibilities are endless for this recipe. I always like to serve mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
