It’s almost here! My favorite time of the year … football season! I can’t get enough of both college and professional football and can’t wait to watch my favorite teams play this year. Even more exciting are the football parties just waiting to be hosted! There is nothing more enjoyable than having all my favorite people over to eat delicious food and scream/cheer at the television. I can’t wait to have everyone over in their team’s jersey or T-shirts to spend hours trash talking and snacking on figure food and appetizers while we watch our favorite teams play. While I don’t always go all out with decorations and party games for every football game, I like to make sure that I always have really yummy food and little party favors for my guests. I like leaving them with a reminder of the fun we had at the party. I try to create simple but memorable gifts like these Touch Down Treats favor bags. Here’s how you make the Touch Down Treats favor bags:

Scissors or paper cutter
Cellophane bags or cellophane wrap
Stapler and staples

Instructions:
Download the free printable football party favor here. Save to your desktop and print. Whether you use a home printer, online print shop or local printer, make sure you print at 100%. I like to print on heavy, white 110-pound cardstock. Use your scissors or paper cutter and cut out the printable football party favor and fold in half. Fill the cellophane bags with your candy or treats. I love using adorable football-themed treats like chocolate covered seeds, peanuts or team-colored m&ms. Once your bag is filled, cover the top of the bag with the printable topper and staple. Two staples on both side of the printable works perfectly.
Once your party treats are made and assembled, arrange them on a party platter or in a football-themed basket and display for your guests. They can be set on the food table for guests to enjoy during the game and party, or set by the door for guests to take on their way out.
