Today, I’m so excited to share my recipe for Pumpkin White Chocolate Bread Pudding. I think you’re going to love it, too.
Have you ever felt there are certain things you can’t make because you live in an apartment?
They might seem too fancy, too involved, or too difficult.
Well, today I’m happy to tell you that you can have your bread and eat it, too.
If you want to impress your guests or are required to bring a dish to a fall potluck, I highly recommend this Pumpkin White Chocolate Bread Pudding.

In case you’ve never had bread pudding, it’s made from pieces of bread soaked in custard that are then baked. If that description doesn’t tempt you, this recipe is sure to.
I started with challah. It’s a dense,sort-of-sweet egg bread so it’s perfect for bread pudding (and french toast, FYI.)
To that, I added the most glorious mixture of pumpkin, eggs, cream, and fall spices. It’s like a super creamy, rich version of pumpkin pie.
Once that has time to soak into the bread, everything gets mixed with some white chocolate chips to make it extra rich, creamy, and flavorful. After about an hour in the oven, it’s ready. (Told you this was simple.)
