Hosting an Easter egg hunt or maybe just enjoying a family gathering to celebrate the Easter holiday? Serve up a homemade Easter treat like these Easter Egg Sprinkle Cookies! I love to use this delicious cookie bar base for my shaped cookies because they’re melt-in-your-mouth tasty and easy to use with cookie cutters.
You can use a large casserole dish or brownie pan to make these as well, but I used a jelly roll pan (like a cookie sheet with a small lip around the edges). You simply spread the dough out evenly on your pan. Once the large cookie bar cools, you can use any shape of cookie cutter you like, such as Easter egg shapes! Pick your favorite sprinkles and enjoy decorating!
