Poor management

The apartments needs a security full time because they always break into cars,new manager does nothing about it , water is turned off without notice

Hello,
There has been one incident in July and not much can be done until a police report is filed. Water is turned off without notice because of pipe maintenance and/or emergencies as stated on your lease agreement. Thank you for your feedback!

poor management

Very poor communication from management, the grounds are dirty and the trash area has junk piled up . Water is turned off frequently without notice .
