Don’t walk … RUN. Worst experience as a tenant.
The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t care. The worst at communicating. One time our water was completely shut off (without notice) not because we didn’t pay but because supposedly there was an “emergency” and the water had to get shut off. We’ve brought up some concerns to her and she’s nonchalant about any and every situation. The “remodel” of the apartments is a joke. The paint in the apartments is not professionally done the paint chips off easily and looks like chalk. A lot of windows... don’t have screens we had to request for screens. The appliances were not new (like we were told). It’s supposed to be a gated community and people always leave the door wide open. Amazon packages have been stolen and opened. Regretting moving in here and can’t wait to leave. Please save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.
