Not truthful
They tell you in your lease utilities are separate. Although they are the ones that bill you for utilities, there is no proof whatsoever that utilities are separate. You get them added on to your rent monthly. You have to pay them every month and if you don’t, you’ll be evicted for not paying your utilities with your rent. You have no choice in the matter in who you get utilities from. In fact, the only proof utilities are separate is the fact that they are not literally rent (obviously). ... They don’t spray for bugs, and they say they do. And if you have a voucher that would cover utilities they will tell you that you still have to pay utilities separate because they want you to pay them in a way they can not have a record to give to anyone else. (Pocketing the money).
