So far, we are happy living at Covina Grand. The family is enjoying our unit with the mountain view and indeed , we can see the snow on the mountain during winter. Our unit is spacious.

Same issues around building is falling apart. Leaking everywhere the mail room just got repaired due to leaking now the pool has not been available on the east side because they're doing construction which should have happened years ago

Grounds are well kept, maintenance is done pretty quick, and leasing office is pretty communicative in regards to changes and/or updates in policies.

Everything has been great, I'm rarely home but when I am it is pretty comfortable my only complaint is the up stairs neighbors making noise at night and I can't sleep from it
