Our 4th floor units are our Penthouse Suites. This Large 2 BR is in fact, the nicest unit in the building. Beautiful wood laminate floors in the Living Room and an 18' ceiling. A real wood burning fireplace and a view out to the Ocean. There's a... large balcony with ample room for furniture, plants and entertaining. The kitchen has a huge pantry and Corian counter tops. Multiple linen closets and skylights in the bathroom as well as Corian countertops. Excellent floor plan for sharing this unit.
Two blocks from the Ballona Creek bike trail going all the way to the Ocean. Close to LAX and Playa Vista..

The one bedroom is on the second floor on a quite side street. It has a pantry, balcony, and new heat and AC.


Applicants must add phone number to set up a viewing. Renters Insurance required.

Won't return entire security deposit

I would avoid renting an apartment here. While the apartment is in a nice area, the behavior by Management makes living here not desirable. First and foremost, they will not return your entire security deposit no matter how clean you keep the place. Instead they will say that you have to pay a $200 "carpet cleaning fee". To take advantage of tenants and former tenants who may be living month to month is reprehensible. Also, they will take a long time returning your security deposit.

Second,... they will take a while in responding to maintenance requests.

Overall, the management leaves a lot to be desired.
