The Valley Apartments

I recently moved into The Valley Apartments, and so far, my experience has been excellent. One of the biggest reasons I chose this community was the location it's honestly a commuter's and shopper's dream. Having Target and Sprouts literally right across the street is incredibly convenient. I can walk to pick up groceries, household items, or anything I need without having to get in my car.

The area feels very safe and well established. Being close to the fire department and police department… provides extra peace of mind, and Kaiser is only about a 10-minute drive away, which is another huge plus.

The office staff made my move in experience smooth and stress free. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It's clear that they seem committed to creating a positive living experience for all residents.

Another thing I've noticed is how quiet and peaceful the community is. My neighbors have been friendly and respectful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The location also offers quick access to the freeway, making my daily commute much easier.

You have to pay $250 holding deposit per adult when you apply. We didn't get the apartment and they are taking their sweet time refunding our $500. It has been over a week since we were told we were denied and would be refunded. They never answer phones. Rarely email back.
