Don't sign in the winter months
Prices of units fluctuate so much that some 2 beds available in the summer cost almost as much as the 1 bed unit I settled for in the winter. However, 2 beds go for almost $200-$400 more in the winter. Look at prices throughout the year if you are able before locking in, and get a feel for the parking during peak times because it fills by 2pm on weekdays. Maintenance is great but not enough staff, and management doesn't respond for up to 3 days.
