Roaches and Lazy Manager
First night I had here, I saw 2 roaches and they expect you to take time from your day to take down everything from your kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets and drawers just to set up some sticky traps and spray some pesticide that doesn’t even work, they come back anyways and they do these “treatments” multiple times a month. The pool is out of order by the city and the gate works every now and then, sometimes it won’t open with your button. They don’t put money for the cameras to operate so… if something happens to your car, that’s too bad basically. Inconsiderate neighbors and the manager won’t crack down on the residents who have loud and stinky animals. I can’t wait until my lease is up, honestly I might just break it and get out of here.
