Home has been fully renovated, has new hardwood floors, brand new kitchen cabinetry and appliances.

Fully digital self check in instructions, 3 days before arrival. No need to meet anyone upon your arrival. You can self check in anytime after 3pm.

Located in the best area of Pacific Palisades, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City, Malibu, and Hollywood.

There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 2 minute drive, in the Pacific Palisades Village. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat.

There is also a fully supplied food / grocery store, in that nearby village.

This is a private house, not sharing anything. You are totally private inside, yet, a short 2 min drive away and you are in Pacific Palisades Village, with all it has to offer, from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops to boutiques and entertainment. All in the immediate surrounding.
The house has a large backyard, with ocean view.

Hardwood flooring, furnished with brand new furniture, 3 flat screen HDTV.


If you rent for more than 6 months, you can pay your own utilities/wifi/internet/cable, and save money, depending on your choice of internet speed and cable program.

2 queen beds, and 2 sofa beds (can sleep 6 comfortably), with all new and clean bedding, clean sheets, pillows with cover, and blanket, night stands, and dresser.
Free parking in front of the house, and ample street parking in addition to your private parking.

Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove and oven, pots and pans and utensils. Everything you need to cook a good meal.

A very cozy home.

Minutes to UCLA, Century City, Downtown LA, beaches and freeways.

Neighborhood is very safe, very centralized, near all.
Public transportation within 5 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time.

Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period.

Clean towels and sheets are provided, and you can wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the outside storage. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee.

We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done.

There will be additional $300 monthly fee for all utilities, cable, high speed wifi, and driveway parking.
