Great building in the heart of DTLA

The building management, maintenance and location are the reason why I've lived in this building for years. It's an older building in the historic core but possesses a lot of character and is extremely well maintained and clean by attentive staff. It's on a very lively street but has 24/7 security and secured parking with a valet. Management is highly responsive and attentive to any issues I've ever had. The restaurants in the alley is an added plus of convenience when you don't feel like... cooking. Would recommend if you are looking for an authentic experience of living in the heart of DTLA!

Incredible Staff and a True Hidden Gem

I lived in two different apartments in this building - 605 and 208. They were both super unique spaces, very spacious, well-maintained, and insanely noise-proof. The maintenance staff is quick to respond, the manager, Jake, is ALWAYS on it and reachable, and the security team is unmatched. 5 STARS ALL-AROUND.

In the heart of downtown

The apartment is clean, spacious and well maintained. It is in a great location, the middle of downtown LA. Everything you need is just a few blocks away. You will never get bored with constant events happening almost every week. Clubs and restaurants are just a crosswalk away. On the other hand, it gets crowded and the traffic gets very bad. Parking is also a pain as it is not a part of your rent. You have to pay another extra 150 a month.
