An infestation. Contacted for fumigation services only to have it scheduled but get stood up. They come from the loose outlet plates, the sink, outside your door and your balcony. The cabinetry isn’t flush against the wall so roaches come out through the gaps. I’ve contacted the property management and have not reached out. Tenants are not clean! They leave animal bio at the parking lot area, by the trash, and in the stairway. There has even been human bio ! Neighbors have no interest in... keeping clean as they leave trash everywhere. Management has a hard time with communication. BEWARE.
