I’ve been living in this apartment for 5 years now. Location is accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants, that makes it very convenient for all residents. It’s a gated community, so it’s safe and quite. The grounds, pools, laundry area are also always well kept clean by our maintenance. But among all these, it’s Betsy, the Manager, makes the place exceptional. She’s very approachable and always responds so quickly, thus maintenance and other minor issues are addressed on time. My boyfriend and I both toured this beautiful apartment complex on the weekend. We really loved the environment. This place is kept very clean, with maintenance guy on site. The customer service from the tour we received from Maria, was amazing. Definitely a 5 star.

My wife and I have been living in these apartment complex for almost a year now and since the very beginning management has been more than welcoming and friendly to us. The manager Betsy always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs and always makes herself available. Her assistant Maria is one of the most friendlies people you will ever meet, super helpful in giving us the detailed information when we first enquired about the place. The grounds keeper Ronny is always on the go,... keeping this place nice and tidy. When repairs needed to be done they were quick in reaching out and getting repairs in a timely manner. I am a resident at Imperial Palms Apartments and I’m very happy with all the improvements being made on the property. Recently, they did a beautiful job repaving the asphalt, adding fresh paint, and fixing the entire parking area. I highly recommend this property as a place to live.
