Before we moved in, they mentioned how they spent time remodeling the place but we had numerous issues for the first month: the heater not working, the bathtub knobs not installed correctly, the towel bar in the bathroom not installed properly (putting a towel on it immediately broke the bar off the wall).

It's mostly families living here so you'll hear kids screaming and running around constantly, especially if you live downstairs or your unit is near the pools.

There's gates and locked doors… around the complex but most of the doors are rigged to open without the key, some of them even have the door knob missing. It's nice that you get a garage + remote, but half the time, the door will get stuck and refuse to close/open. The complex itself is also very dirty, and there's lots of trash on the walkways and trash flowing out the.
