Horrible place, shady manager and rude

Run people, these apartments are unkept. They don't keep them clean, it stinks in the hallways, the washroom is nasty. Trash on the floor in the trash room, dog poop, urine in the stairwells. Staff lives on the top floor, they don't engage with the tenants like they should. The manager don't care about much of anything, she's a liar, rude. She act like she doesn't want to be bothered by tenants, she won't let tenants come inside the office. She's very unprofessional. And only staff and whomever… they cho. ose will have a parking spot. I heard that it could be some shady things going on on the office. But some tenants are talking about things that has been donyto them. Charging different amounts that tenants have to pay. It's time to speak to corporate about these underhanded people! Roaches are there too. There's a lot going on in that building. No rules are being set, like they'll say when you're signing a lease. Something definitely is going on in that office, and when it comes to the light, it's going to be a problem. Some people just shouldn't be in management.! I would advise anyone that's living right, not to apply. They allow anyone to move in. They don't keep up those apartments. ! They don't care about others. Corporate probably doesn't know what's going on. It's time for them to know the truth. Smh

It’s better than living on the street

Pros: It’s a place to live, new construction so the units aren’t old and moldy like most in the area.
Cons: parking is a issue, the parking garage belongs to the staff and they friends, street parking is hard to find, elevators don’t work, the property is dirt, human waste outside of the building and inside the stairwell.

leasing office staff is unfriendly, and lack proper professional demeanor, they seem shady and untrustworthy.
There are better options out there tbh.

This is a residents… review, the 5 stars are staffing lies.
