We have lived here almost a year and love it. The people at the leasing office are super sweet and very helpful. The maintenance staff are wonderful - they are very pleasant, and they handle our maintenance requests very quickly, usually within 1 day. The complex is always clean. We love it here and highly recommend it!

Acadia Apartments
This place isn't that safe. Arcadia has only one security camera here at the front office and the security vehicle shows up one time in the night. My car was broken into a few months ago here in the parking lot. Recently, I found there was another car here that was also broken into right in front of Arcadia. Don't be fooled by thinking this apartment complex is located in a nice area just go to the next street over near the Walmart and see if its still nice. Arcadia on the backside connects to... Daly Center drive which has a cul de sac. At night, you will see about 2 to 3 RVs that are parked there and they will usually leave a bunch of trash behind. I have woken up early in the morning to find the homeless digging in the dumpsters at Arcadia. Today, they shut off my water for a non emergency maintenance issue and didn't even notify me. I have been living here for about a year and a half and this place has really gone down. For the price, this place is not reasonable. I promise ! you can do better than this place. I think I might pay over $4000 just to break the lease because this place is that bad.

Very nice place to live, the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you have, the place is very well maintained and the apartments were very clean when we moved in, we love living here it's a great place!!

Arcadia Apartments
Looking back, I remember seeing these apartments from the freeway and wondering how they were. I looked them up on the internet and scheduled a tour to see them right away. I fell in love with not only the apartment itself, but also the apartment complex, as well as the surrounding area. Everyone was so friendly, and I felt extremely welcomed upon eventually moving in here. The shopping center is so close by, and fashion valley as well as mission valley malls are minutes away! Everything is... extremely convenient, and the neighborhood is extremely safe! I would definitely recommend checking this place out and living here!

Arcadia Review
Fell in love with these apartments after coming to take a tour of them. Have lived here for a year now, and have renewed the lease for another year. So convenient, and close by to local malls, and shopping centers. It is honestly hard to find an apartment complex comparable to this one!
