Been a long time tenant and I have seen this place change over the years. The last year has seen the largest improvements I've ever seen. Lighting, exterior painting, walkways, landscape, new pool and spa to name a few. I don't have a remodeled unit, but I have wall through one when it was done. I am seriously thinking about transferring to a larger unit just to get the new interior.

The most unprofessional management
Don't work with this property. They will either hang up directly or speak to you contemptuously as if you beg them to rent you a unit. And it's clear that they don't know there are such words as "Hello" and "Goodbye".

My experience at Del Coronado
Our experience at Del Coronado apartment wasn't really good. It is really dirty the manager doesn't do anything to maintain the apartments in order. Also the rent is really expensive.
