But its close to campus
The building itself is very poorly constructed. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear a pen drop from the other room. The cabinets never close right. The floors are vinyl which would have been great, but then the management put a wood themed sticker over the entire thing to make it look like hardwood floors, so now its very slippery and scuffs very easily. The windows are are old and don't open very well, they also have double layered sections that are unreachable by a human hand,... these spots are covered in mold with very little I can do about it. They lack adequate laundry facilities, 4 washers for 55 units. You would think that paying over 2 thousand dollars for a small two bedroom unit with all utilities on me that the management would be able to upgrade the building, instead the higher ups get breast implants for their wives. But what can you do about it? I'm leaving once the lease expires.
