1150 Fairway Ave House

Hello! This is a 4 bedroom house and we're looking for a 4th person to sublease starting in June 2023. Looking for someone to sublease 6-12 months but open to discussion. The house is furnished.

The three current occupants are ages 25-30, two men... and one woman. Two work from home and one works in South Lake. We will have one dog - a 10-year old golden retriever who is on the mellow side.

The new person has their own private room, and will share a bathroom with one other person.

The house is furnished and the room has a queen bed, big closet with sliding doors and a lot of space, a desk nook with shelves, and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix, etc.

The house is large and spacious with a nicely sunlit living room, nook and dining area, open kitchen with island, ton of counter space, and gas range, plenty of cabinets and shelves and food storage. Fridge is modern and large enough for four people. Appliances are new or new-ish and the home is nicely remodeled. Laundry is in-unit.

We also have a deck with two outdoor tables and chair sets. Behind the house is a golf course so the view is nice and deck is relatively private. We have a propane grill. There is a backyard with turf. The homeowner lives in the in-law unit below us.

The front yard area is nicely kept with another medium patio area. We have designated outdoor parking for the house.

Gas, internet, and electricity are split by the residents. Water and garbage are paid by the homeowner.
