Studio City Midrise Apartments

Been here 6 years. These photos are not showing the true colors of this place. Let’s start with parking garage- It is not that clean. it also floods when it rains in LA. Rather annoying when walking to your car and then step in a huge puddle. Parking around apartment is horrible and not fun, unless you like to circle over and over. When I moved in it took them almost three years to finish the upgrades when they told us it would be done in 2016. I moved in end of 2015. Poor management that does... not want to help their tenants with complaints or issues, so beware. They recently allowed pets as they did not before. Where to stat, been living here 6 years with partner. At first this place was a train wreck with blue discolored carpet leading to your units. We were promised upgrades were happening the same year moving in, LIES, took most 2-3 years to where it looks like today. The parking garage is not that nice as shown in photos. IT floods major when it rains in LA, pipes leak and is not that clean. you could slip and fall easily let alone stepping in god knows what water. Location nice yes but that’s all... your going to get. Parking is horrible for your guests. Floors are SO thin you can hear every footstep above you unless on top floor. They do not care about TENATS in this building at all. Only care about MONEY!!! Positive note repairs guy is awesome when doing repairs in unit but then sometimes it takes them awhile to respond to requests for thins to be fixed in units.
