Overall subpar experience
Me and my significant other were the first to move into the apartment after it was newly built and stayed for close to two and a half years. The pros are it's a it's a nice and quiet area, the neighbors are friendly and there's free parking but unfortunately that's about it. The apartments themselves look nice but they were built poorly. Uneven floors, patio door & windows not flush causing drafts in your home (which as someone who worked for the utility industry absolutely has an effect on your... electric bill due to cold & hot air entering when you're trying to control the temperature of the house). In our personal experience maintenance wasn't that great. Months after we moved in our refrigerator was making a noticeably loud buzzing sound that several of them came out to "fix" which would last a few days and then it'd start do it again. We asked multiple times if they could just give us another one of the fridges on the property of one of the vacant apartments and they said no and never fixed ours properly. The amenities are mediocre. The rent is relatively unreasonable for what you're getting. If you're someone who enjoys going out to eat or you're new to Denver and want the Denver experience this is also a bad place to live because it isn't close to anything that'd give you that. Lastly and the most ridiculous thing is if you're interested in staying and your exact apartment model is listed for less money than you're paying for the same exact one they won't price match it. You'll have to move to that unit for that pricing. The staff are friendly when you speak to them but don't follow up in a timely manner especially when it comes to things like being refunded if you aren't billed correctly. When we moved out we had to contact them multiple times about a credit they owed us and it took weeks until we got it back. I truly wouldn't recommend living here unless it's close to something important like work or your family.
