Highly recommend living here! Ray in the office was the best to work with, he made everything so easy and exciting. Very kind and helpful. We have no complaints about living here, just enjoying it. Great location, great facility.

Outlook Briargate caught my eye from the first tour I took. Our unit is very nice and comfortable. The office staff are very nice and on top of everything. The amenities are outstanding and were definitely a selling point of the complex.

Amazing staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They made everything super easy for me. I've never had staff at an apartment complex be so kind and helpful. I have to say that they don't mind my kids going in the office 2-3 a week asking questions about the pool or workout room. I give them a 20-20!!!!!

Horrible

I was very excited to move here but it has been an actual nightmare. I moved here because it is advertised as a gated complex, however the gates have been broken for over 2 months and they will not fix them. I can not park in the parking lot even though I pay monthly for parking, because there are too many cars. I have had so many issues with my mail, and my packages being stolen from the mail room that we are required to pay for. I have only lived here for 6 months, and the complex has told us... 7 times that they will be doing inspections and have to have our pet removed from the apartment, but refuse to give you any kind of time frame, and tell you they will be there at any time during the day, two days in a row. The lawns are covered in dog poop and the complex does not do anything about this. This apartment complex charges WAY too much for the amount of issues they have and lack of communication. My apartment smells of propane and after submitting multiple requests for someone to come take a look, nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed in this complex and would not suggest living here. There are also about $100 of “hidden fees” that they do not tell you about when you sign your lease.
