I would never suggest to live in this place. It has gone downhill in the time I’ve lived here and the front desk could not care less about the safety of residents. When confronted with issues their response has been “not my problem.”

Great location!

The staff is very nice and considerate, as well as the location is so close to Broncos and Nuggets so I have been able to go to many games since moving here last year.

The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. You can hear everything going on next door and upstairs. There’s nothing to be done about residents walking freely in their apartments and shaking the floor beneath them with their steps. The noise is unbearable at night when trying to sleep.
