Good experience The agent was very sweet and very knowledgeable..
I loved the property inside and out. I didnt like the fact that i am an adult and have to pay parking vouchers all hours of the day for company. This made me go with a different property. Other than that yall are pretty great

Monthly fees for work never done!

They charge all the tenants $5 monthly pest control service but they’ve yet to go into units to do the job. Granted it’s fairly new but why continue to charge this fee and collect over $12000 a year.
